Part One of a Two-Part Series provides a structured environment for advanced students to engage in independent reading and research within the GenderScience Lab. This first part of the series focuses on the development of research proposals, literature reviews, and methodological approaches. Students will receive individualized supervision and feedback as they begin their research projects, with an emphasis on integrating gender and science studies perspectives. The curriculum includes regular meetings with supervisors, peer feedback sessions, and workshops on research skills. By the end of this course, students will have made significant progress on their research projects and will be prepared for the second part of the series. It also gives information about the upcoming exams so that students can prepare themselves accordingly.
